Job summary

This role supports the management of the Cloud Infrastructure that underpins our product portfolio and ensures availability, reliability, and timely troubleshooting for our customers. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Windows and Linux, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), ITIL processes, and a proven ability to collaborate with Support, Engineering, and Professional Services to

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Cloud Operations and Systems Administration with cloud platforms
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or equivalent
• 3+ years managing Windows and Linux solutions
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders
• 3+ years working with Web-Based solutions and server administration
• Familiarity with ITIL Incident, Problem and Change Management

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain production cloud infrastructure across Verint product portfolio
• Troubleshoot incidents and ensure availability of cloud platforms
• Upgrade and modify infrastructure to support client and business needs
• Collaborate with Support, Engineering, and Professional Services on projects
