Job summary

Verint Systems Inc. is seeking a skilled Cloud Operations Engineer to join our Global Cloud Operations team.

You will manage production infrastructure, troubleshoot incidents, and ensure availability across the Verint product portfolio in the cloud. The role emphasizes collaboration with Support, Engineering, and Professional Services, plus hands-on experience with AWS/Azure/GCP, Windows and Linux, and deployment pipelines.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years in Cloud Operations and Systems Administration
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or equivalent work experience
3 years experience managing Windows and Linux solutions
Strong experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders
3 years experience with Windows Server administration and cloud platforms
3 years experience with Web-Based solutions including WebLogic and Tomcat
Working knowledge of Windows/Linux OS management, SQL Server, Networking, and best practices
Experience dealing directly with clients in a support, project, or delivery role
2 years experience in ITIL Framework including Incident, Problem and Change Management
Ability to work effectively in a distributed, collaborative environment

Responsibilities

Support and maintain production environment infrastructure across the Verint portfolio in the Cloud
Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to Cloud Infrastructure
Upgrade and modify infrastructure to meet client and business needs
Provision new environments and infrastructure supporting Verint products
Collaborate with Support, Engineering, and Professional Services on internal and client projects
Work with AWS, Azure, and GCP platforms and deployment pipelines and tools
Manage SQL Server in cloud environments
