Job summary

TechWish is seeking a Project Manager III to join the Digital Engineering organization supporting Navy Federal initiatives. You will coordinate platform modernization, decommissioning, and governance while aligning with security, risk, and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities include planning, reporting, and executive communications to enable engineering leaders to focus on architecture, delivery, and innovation across cloud-based programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, IT or related field.
• 3–5 years of project or program management experience.
• Experience in Agile environments with Scrum/SAFe.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies, preferably Azure.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and stakeholder collaboration.
• PM certification desired (PMP, PgMP, or equivalent).
• Experience supporting large-scale IT or cloud initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management support for internal Digital initiatives.
• Coordinate and manage a portfolio of Platform Engineering initiatives.
• Partner with engineering leaders, architects, product teams, risk, compliance, security, and stakeholders.
• Lead planning, tracking, and coordination for decommissioning initiatives.
• Represent Platform Engineering in governance forums and security reviews.
• Facilitate prioritization discussions across initiatives to align with objectives.
• Develop executive-ready communications, dashboards, and status reports.
• Coordinate intake, assessment, and tracking of ad hoc requests.
• Monitor initiative health, milestones, and deliverables; mitigate risks.
