Navigant is seeking a Program Manager to lead planning, governance, and delivery of complex federal technology initiatives. You will oversee multiple workstreams including modernization, cloud solutions, and cybersecurity, coordinating with federal stakeholders, leadership, vendors, and technical teams.

Qualifications

Minimum of five (5)+ years of overall work experience.
Experience managing large-scale technology programs or projects.
Experience delivering software development, cloud, systems integration, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or enterprise technology initiatives.
Strong knowledge of program and project management disciplines, including scope, schedule, cost, risk, quality, change, and stakeholder management.
Experience leading Agile, Scrum, Kanban, hybrid, or traditional delivery teams.
Familiarity with AWS cloud environments and Python-based applications.
Ability to understand technical architectures, integrations, security requirements, and delivery dependencies.
Experience developing governance processes, dashboards, metrics, and executive reporting.

Responsibilities

Lead planning, coordination, governance, and delivery of complex technology initiatives supporting federal contracts.
Oversee multiple projects and workstreams including modernization, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and integrations.
Serve as primary liaison between Federal stakeholders, leadership, vendors, and technical teams.
Lead execution and delivery across the program lifecycle from planning through deployment and transition.
Establish governance, roadmaps, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and performance metrics.
Coordinate activities across Agile teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
Partner with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, architects, and engineering to align priorities.
Manage scope, risks, issues, dependencies, change requests, and stakeholder expectations.
Support delivery of AWS-hosted applications, cloud services, integrations, and Python-based solutions.
Oversee release planning, operational readiness, deployment, and transition-to-support.
Monitor program health through dashboards, KPIs, and executive briefings.
Facilitate governance reviews, planning sessions, and decision forums.
Foster collaboration and continuous improvement across Federal, contractor, and vendor teams.
