Qualifications

• Requires Oracle DB administration experience including tuning, schema management, data migration and PL/SQL scripting.
• Hands-on experience with RHEL system administration, patching, file system management and security hardening.
• Proven ability to configure and maintain Apache HTTP Server deployments for enterprise apps.
• Proficiency with AWS services and ELB/ALB traffic routing, scaling, and availability.
• Experience with high availability architectures and multi-vendor environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program management for projects, including planning, scope, risk, scheduling and reporting.
• Coordinate and oversee technical workstreams across database, system engineering, cloud operations and application support teams.
• Serve as primary integration point for cross-functional efforts related to performance, data integrity and modernization.
• Oversee environment management, release planning and change control processes.
• Ensure compliance with security, data retention and audit requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure clear communication and delivery alignment.
• Manage incident response, root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
