Job summary

Tripoint Solutions is seeking a Program Manager for the DoWEA Education Platform modernization initiative in the Washington, DC area. The role requires leading the program, managing contracts, and coordinating with Government leadership to deliver enterprise education technology solutions.

Candidates will oversee cloud infrastructure, data integration, analytics, cybersecurity, and operations, while ensuring compliance with Federal policies and Agile/DevSecOps practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience managing large-scale Federal IT programs.
• Demonstrated experience leading cloud modernization, application development, cybersecurity, and systems integration initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall program leadership, contract management, and customer engagement for the DoWEA Education Platform modernization initiative.
• Serve as the primary interface between the contractor team and Government leadership.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams supporting cloud infrastructure, enterprise applications, data integration, analytics, cybersecurity, software development, and operations.
• Manage project planning, staffing, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, quality assurance, and contract performance.
• Ensure compliance with applicable Federal and DoWEA policies, including cybersecurity, privacy, accessibility (Section 508), and enterprise architecture requirements.
