Job summary
Vanguard is seeking a Cloud Engineering Manager to lead a high-performing team responsible for scalable cloud solutions across a multi-cloud environment. This hybrid role can be based in Malvern, PA, Charlotte, NC, or Dallas, TX, and requires partnering with Platform Engineering, Architecture, DevOps, and other stakeholders to drive cloud modernization and adoption.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of cloud engineering and related tech functions.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong leadership and proven track record.
- Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP.
- Experience leading initiatives in enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with IaC and CI/CD.
- Strong problem-solving and collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing cloud engineering team.
- Develop and optimize cloud platform capabilities.
- Drive automation and AI-enabled solutions.
- Partner with multiple teams to design scalable cloud solutions.
- Establish standards and operating models for cloud ops.
- Drive improvements in cloud performance, availability, and resiliency.
- Develop and monitor KPIs, OKRs for platform reliability.
- Improve visibility and operational insights across teams.
- Lead cloud modernization initiatives.
- Build partnerships across technology teams.
- Stay current on cloud trends and platform engineering best practices.
