Job summary

Vanguard is seeking a Cloud Engineering Manager to lead a growing team responsible for scalable, reliable cloud solutions across a multi-cloud environment. You will drive platform capabilities, establish standards, and partner with Architecture, DevOps, and Platform teams to accelerate cloud adoption and innovation.

You will shape engineering excellence, monitor KPIs/OKRs, and guide modernization initiatives while staying current on cloud trends and AI capabilities to deliver business value.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of related work experience in cloud/infra/platform engineering.
• Undergraduate degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
