Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
• 4 years of network and operating system support experience.
• 4 years of virtualization and cloud computing experience.
• Experience with the AWS platform, web services, software development, or related technologies.

Responsibilities

• Operate the Managed Service platform and collaborate with internal service teams to meet our customers’ needs for their infrastructure and application deployments.
• Troubleshoot complex issues, reproduce customer issues, and build proof-of-concept environments.
• Collaborate and help build internal utilities and tools to enable safe, high-speed operation at scale.
• Identify and drive improvements to technical processes.
• Act as an escalation point and mentor to less experienced engineers on the team and across Amazon.
• Provide the voice of the customer to internal AWS teams during day-to-day operations.
• Drive customer communication during critical events.
• Learn and leverage groundbreaking technologies.
