Crusoe is hiring a Software Engineer I to help build cloud network infrastructure and operate it at scale. This is an early-career role offering mentorship and ownership of features across the stack, from design to deployment.

You’ll learn distributed network systems, contribute to high-performance services, and collaborate with senior engineers to ship reliable cloud solutions efficiently.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building or operating software systems.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure or distributed systems is a plus.
• Willingness to learn network systems and grow capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to cloud network features and implement well-scoped pieces of larger projects.
• Write clean, well-tested code and contribute to design docs and tests.
• Participate in code reviews and architecture discussions.
• Grow skills through mentorship, pairing, and collaboration with teammates.
• Engage in cross-team initiatives like tech talks and open source exploration.
