Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Network Deploy Technician to join our infrastructure operations. You will work with minimum supervision in a fast-paced environment to support the stability and scalability of our global network.

You will collaborate with internal teams to implement robust network solutions and optimize operations across data centers. The role requires 1+ year networking and Linux experience, ability to lift up to 40 pounds, and willingness to travel for regional work.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of computer networking experience.
• 1+ years of Linux operating systems experience.
• Experience in computer networking.
• Experience working with Linux operating systems.
• Can lift and rack equipment up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Managing work and priorities through ticketing system and workflows to complete customer requests and projects
• Collaborating with various stakeholders to remove project obstacles
• Troubleshooting networking, routing and interconnectivity issues, including patch panels and patch cords
• Specifying Power and Cooling requirements and ensuring Hardware Racking/Stacking completed for new equipment
• Participating in the migration, basic configuration and rollout of new or upgraded hardware
