Micron Technology is seeking a Business Development Leader to drive the cloud memory business with hyperscale customers. You will lead a global cross-functional team, define multi-year plans, and ensure product roadmaps align with customer needs and strategic objectives.

Your leadership should fuse technical depth in DRAM with strategic business insight, delivering growth and profitability across memory product lines such as DDR, LPDDR, and GDDR.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical Engineering or related technical field.
• MBA or MBA-level business education preferred.
• 10+ years in data center-related field with customer experience.
• 10+ years of leading and building high-performing teams.
• Experience driving AI-related initiatives and leveraging AI.

Responsibilities

• Set Strategic Vision and Direction: define and champion long-term strategy for Micron’s cloud memory business.
• Lead Global Teams: inspire, develop, and empower a diverse cross-functional team across geographies.
• Architect and Execute Business Plans: develop and operationalize 3–5 year plans for revenue growth and profit optimization.
• Customer Centric Success: build partnerships with hyperscale customers, align roadmaps with customer needs.
• Lead Go-to-Market Strategy: develop compelling go-to-market plans and collateral.
