Job summary

Micron Technology seeks a senior leader to define and drive the cloud memory business strategy, leading global teams across geographies and partnering with hyperscale customers to align product roadmaps with their requirements.

The role focuses on long-term strategic planning, go-to-market execution, and cross‑functional execution in data center memory, including DRAM and emerging tech, with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction and results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's in Electrical Engineering or other technical field.
• Bachelor's/Master's in Business Administration highly preferred.
• At least 10 years experience in data center-related field with customer experience.
• At least 10 years experience leading and building high performing teams.
• Demonstrated experience driving AI-related initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Set Strategic Vision and Direction for cloud memory business.
• Lead Global Teams across geographies and foster collaboration.
• Architect and Execute 3–5 year strategic plans for hyperscale customers and memory lines.
• Align product roadmaps with customer requirements through close collaboration with product teams.
• Lead go-to-market strategy and quarterly business reviews.
• Direct demand forecasting and TAM planning with operations to align manufacturing and supply chain.
