Job summary

Fried Frank is seeking an IT Operations Technical Specialist to support and optimize our enterprise technology environment. The role provides Tier 1/2 user support, workstation and server administration, patching, Intune/endpoint management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure high availability and strong service delivery.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Completion of a technical certification program with equivalent professional experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, OS, printers, and endpoint devices.
• Install, configure, and maintain Windows workstations; assist with Windows Server environments.
• Deploy OS updates, patches, and security firmware; support Microsoft 365 services.
• Assist with Active Directory/Entra ID administration, password management, and user provisioning.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Network, Security, and Application Support teams to resolve issues.
