Job summary

We Insure Group in Austin, TX is seeking an IT Operations Specialist to keep cloud systems running smoothly and provide frontline user support. The role blends cloud operations, device management, and hands-on IT tasks in a dynamic, franchise-friendly environment.

You will monitor Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and related SaaS services, configure access controls, perform routine maintenance, and document processes to strengthen reliability and security across the organization.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in IT operations, cloud admin or help desk support.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune or similar.
• Familiar with IT security best practices in cloud.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, support, and maintain cloud-hosted applications and platforms.
• Configure and administer cloud-based systems and SaaS apps.
• Support Entra ID and other cloud identity systems.
• Monitor cloud performance and analyze availability to prevent outages.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and keep change records updated.
• Serve as on-site 'smart hands' for network equipment per direction.
• Document updates and participate in project initiatives.
• Provide user training and guidance on equipment and software.
