Qualifications

• 3–5 years of IT operations, cloud administration, or help desk support.
• Knowledge of IT security principles, best practices, and tools.
• Experience with cloud platforms and SaaS apps (Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune).

Responsibilities

• Cloud systems and operations support, monitor and maintain cloud-hosted apps and platforms.
• Serve as first- and second-level IT support for end users and devices.
• Document changes, policies, and support activities; participate in procedures improvement.
• Provide on-site smart hands tasks for network hardware under security guidance.
