Job summary

TechOp Solutions is seeking an IT Specialist to provide technical support, system administration, and troubleshooting across the organization’s IT landscape in Washington, DC. You will support employees, equipment, software, networks, cloud platforms, and customer-facing systems while ensuring compliance with contractual and security requirements, including government-related processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• 5+ years in IT/Systems Administrator role.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM.
• Excellent communication skills with government stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple technical requests and meet deadlines.
• Ability to pass a government security background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for computers, software, hardware, networks, and related IT systems.
• Maintain and troubleshoot laptops and peripheral equipment.
• Coordinate with Government IT on account configuration, access requests, and other administrative requests.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues for a 24/7 team.
• Support cloud platforms and business applications, including Microsoft 365, Salesforce CRM, Amazon Web Services, and Amazon Connect.
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to increase reliability, efficiency, and security.
• Communicate professionally with employees, customers, vendors, and government stakeholders.
