Job summary

Complete Staffing LLC is seeking an IT Operations Specialist II to ensure reliable operation and ongoing maintenance of our systems and network infrastructure. You will troubleshoot issues, execute infrastructure projects, document configurations, and uphold security standards across on-prem and cloud environments.

You will manage identity and device configurations in Active Directory and Microsoft 365, develop automation scripts, and collaborate with IT staff to keep critical services available

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of professional experience administering, supporting, and maintaining production technology infrastructure.
• Experience with Windows Server, Linux, SQL Server, web/app servers, firewalls, networking, virtualization, identity services, cloud infrastructure.
