Job summary

Confisa International Group is seeking a Cloud Infrastructure Service Sales Leader to drive CIS growth across Bay Area or Seattle-based clients. This hybrid role blends strategic sales leadership with technical insight to tailor cloud solutions for enterprise needs.

You will collaborate with industry teams, solution architects, and clients to expand the CIS portfolio, win new logos, and maximize value through delivery-led growth and partnerships.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of consistent revenue growth in IT services.
• Experience in a mid-to-large IT services organization.
• Strong client network and account management experience.
• Deep understanding of Cloud & Infrastructure Services (CIS) Service Line Sales.
• Open to candidates from all industries with strong CIS domain expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead CIS business development initiatives within the assigned geography.
• Drive revenue growth, customer retention, and satisfaction.
• Acquire new logos and expand existing accounts.
• Build and nurture strategic relationships with key stakeholders in client organizations.
• Understand client business contexts and align CIS solutions accordingly.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure successful implementation and client outcomes.
• Leverage delivery excellence to drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
