Capgemini is seeking a Cloud Infrastructure Services (CIS) Sales Engineer to join a high‑impact, solution‑selling organization focused on accelerating growth across the CIS portfolio (Cloud, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Workplace, ESM, SAP/App Hosting).

This senior, client‑facing role blends solution architecture, commercial strategy, pursuit leadership, and deal capture to shape and win complex CIS opportunities identified in the field.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in sales engineering, technical pre‑sales, solution architecture, or related fields.
• Experience leading complex CIS pursuits from qualification to closure.
• Knowledge of hyperscalers, hybrid and multi‑cloud strategies, and managed services.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical sales strategy for CIS pursuits from qualification through close.
• Shape differentiated CIS solutions aligned to client outcomes and commercial constraints.
• Lead deal shaping, win themes, and value articulation across the deal lifecycle.
• Translate client requirements into credible solution designs meeting ROI expectations.
