Job summary

Amplemarket is building an infrastructure & automation backbone to scale a cloud platform for reliability, security, and velocity. As part of our early-infra team, you will help design, implement, and automate core systems used by engineering, product, customer success and sales.

You’ll work cross-functionally to deploy robust, observable infrastructure and contribute to secure, high-performance deployments, enabling rapid delivery and reliability across the company.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and maintaining complex/large/growing systems
• Ability to anticipate edge cases and bottlenecks in system designs
• Strong debugging skills and root-cause analysis
• Proactive in fixing issues and proposing improvements
• Data-driven mindset with metrics to ensure reliability
• Based somewhere between GMT-3 and GMT+2 time zones

Responsibilities

• Scale Amplemarket’s core cloud platform for high availability and performance
• Detect blind spots and add observability to mitigate them
• Collaborate with product engineers to design reliable feature rollouts
• Review code, proposals and participate in architectural discussions
• Build reproducible automations for infrastructure needs
• Define solutions to save internal teams time when moving code to production
• Maintain a security-first mindset regarding threats/patches
• Participate in continuous improvement of development processes
