Job summary

Core Specialty is seeking a Cloud Engineering Lead to design, implement, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure. You will lead a team of cloud engineers, drive cloud adoption, and collaborate across DevOps, development, and security to deliver robust cloud solutions that support business goals.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years in cloud roles, strong leadership, and deep knowledge of AWS/Azure/GCP, Terraform, and IaC practices. Hybrid work model and competitive compensation are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of cloud engineers, fostering innovation and continuous learning.
• Design secure, scalable cloud architectures aligned with business needs.
• Develop and execute cloud strategies including migration and modernization.
• Oversee IaC to provision and manage cloud resources efficiently.
• Monitor usage and optimize costs with governance measures.
• Ensure security compliance across cloud environments.
• Collaborate with DevOps, software development, and security teams.
• Provide regular leadership updates on performance and strategy.
