Job summary
CompSci, LLC is seeking a Scrum Master / Business Analyst to enable agile software delivery across Product, Design, Engineering, QA, and PM teams. You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, refine backlogs, and translate business requirements into development-ready work.
You will balance coaching, analysis, and facilitation to foster collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement, ensuring value delivery for client engagements.
Qualifications
- Experience as Scrum Master or Agile delivery lead within software teams.
- Strong business analysis skills including requirements gathering and user stories.
- Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management across business and tech teams.
- Organizational, analytical, and prioritization abilities to remove obstacles.
- Experience using Jira or Azure DevOps for backlog and sprint management.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Partner with Product Owners to gather requirements, write user stories, and define acceptance criteria.
- Maintain a healthy backlog and ensure delivery of prioritized work.
- Coach agile practices, remove impediments, and promote continuous improvement.
- Track sprint progress, capacity, and delivery metrics for visibility to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, Engineering, and QA to meet business objectives.
