Job summary

Choisys Technology is seeking a Business Analyst to bridge mission partners with the technical development team in a critical system migration project. You will analyze complex legacy workflows and translate mission needs into clear Agile user stories, ensuring accurate documentation and proper decommissioning plans.

You will decompose requirements, support UAT, and develop training and SOPs while maintaining a knowledge base for issue self-resolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related discipline.
• Agile or Business Analysis certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex, legacy workflows spanning hundreds of modules and translate mission needs into Agile user stories.
• Decompose customer requirements into well-defined development artifacts for Agile sprint execution.
• Review and update documentation for legacy modules prior to migration to ensure functionality and development history.
• Draft and maintain Module Decommissioning Plans with dependency analysis for migration.
• Support UAT coordination, develop user test scripts, load data, and track defects.
• Create SOPs for incident resolution and develop a knowledge base for self-mitigation.
• Facilitate Privacy Impact Assessments and RMF/compliance activities.
