Cox Enterprises invites applications for an Infrastructure Automation Intern to collaborate with experienced engineers in a cross-functional team. You will build scalable, resilient systems using Infrastructure as Code and modern automation frameworks.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, MIS or related STEM field.
• Fundamental programming concepts, data structures, and SDLC understanding.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; quick learner.

Responsibilities

• Automate Cloud Infrastructure using IaC to provision resources and enforce security policies.
• Support hybrid cloud operations and assist in monitoring, troubleshooting enterprise environments.
• Document architecture, configuration standards, and deployment runbooks clearly.
• Develop scripts and workflows connecting cloud infrastructure to change management and ticketing systems.
• Collaborate in sprint planning and contribute ideas to improve self-service cloud offerings.
