Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a STEM field with fundamentals in programming and SDLC.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with clear communication.
• Familiarity with Linux/Windows, networking, and basic IT concepts.
• Experience with IaC tools (Terraform/Ansible) and version control (Git).

Responsibilities

• Automate Cloud Infrastructure: build and maintain automated workflows for provisioning resources.
• Support Hybrid Cloud Operations: monitor and troubleshoot enterprise cloud environments.
• Document & Standardize: create runbooks and deployment architecture documentation.
• Integrate ITSM Tools: scripts/workflows linking cloud to change management systems.
• Collaborate & Innovate: participate in sprint planning and contribute ideas for self-service cloud offerings.
