Cisco Systems, Inc. is seeking an experienced product strategy and GTM leader to shape routes-to-market for cloud-native, subscription, and consumption solutions.

You will collaborate across business units to accelerate adoption, drive pricing strategy, and build competitive offerings that align with Cisco's portfolio and partner ecosystem. The role emphasizes cross-architecture roadmap delivery, market analysis, and executive-ready recommendations to fuel Cisco+ mission success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years in product management, strategy, GTM or alliances.
• Experience with hyperscaler ecosystems like AWS, Azure, Google Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of GTM/RTM motions including co-sell, marketplace, channel and enterprise SaaS/cloud sales.
• Experience collaborating across product, sales, marketing, partnerships, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product and GTM strategies for hyperscaler-led growth.
• Develop route-to-market plans across cloud marketplaces, co-sell, partner and direct sales.
• Partner with product teams to align roadmaps with hyperscaler opportunities.
• Build business cases, market sizing, pricing inputs, and growth plans.
• Work with alliances and sales to improve partner activation and pipeline generation.
• Analyze market segments, competition, partner performance, and revenue trends for growth.
• Translate priorities into operating plans, KPIs, enablement materials, and exec-ready recommendations.
• Support cross-functional execution for product launches and marketplace listings.
