Job summary

Searce Inc. seeks a Cloud-Native Architect of Growth to orchestrate alliance-led revenue growth within GCP or AWS.

You will bridge CSP field leadership with Searce’s engineering engine to futurify client businesses, owning a $10M–$20M co-sell pipeline and delivering AI-enabled solutions at scale. As a forward-deployed solver with an engineering-led, AI-native mindset, you’ll forecast, chase, and close complex deals while co-designing AI use-cases that drive substantial ROI and disrupt incumbents

Qualifications

• Experience leading alliance GTM and co-sell motions.
• Proven negotiation and deal-closing skills across multi-year engagements.
• Ability to influence across product, sales, and delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Design the GTM Blueprint – Strategy & Scale and multi-year alliance roadmap for GCP or AWS.
• Engineer the Value – co-innovation delivery with enterprise clients and ROI-focused outcomes.
• Ecosystem Governance – manage executive relationships and ensure Searce remains partner of choice.
