Responsibilities

• Serve as founder, architect, and DRI for executing applied AI GTM and deploying AI solutions with measurable outcomes.
• Lead embedded squads to deploy, measure, and scale AI-native workflows with speed and certainty.
• Own outcome-linked revenue for your portfolio and forecast, deliver, and expand.
• Translate discovery into scalable automation roadmaps, digital twins, and enterprise-ready AI architectures.
• Engage with client leadership to map business processes and identify domain nuances.
• Lead workshops that uncover $10M+ efficiency opportunities.
• Publish perspectives and represent Searce as the partner turning hype into outcomes.
• Build high-performing solution consulting teams with an Always in Beta mindset.
