Job summary

One Call is seeking a Cloud FinOps & Technology Cost Strategy Manager to own cloud and technology financial management across a multi‑cloud SaaS and on‑premises portfolio. You will establish a Net‑new FinOps function and partner with engineering, finance, and procurement to improve cost visibility and forecasting.

You will personally operate cost management tooling (Vantage, Zylo) and produce analysis, dashboards, and executive reporting while shaping the FinOps operating model and long‑term

Qualifications

• Hands-on ownership of cloud cost management platforms across multiple clouds.
• Experience establishing tagging standards and chargeback models.
• Experience with SaaS management platforms (Zylo, Productiv) and license optimization.
• FinOps Practitioner certification is required; other certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Cost visibility, allocation & reporting across AWS, Azure, GCP, and OCI with dashboards and executive views.
• Optimize cloud and SaaS spend through rightsizing, tiering, and license reclamation.
• Manage commitment portfolios and run-rate modeling for savings and enterprise agreements.
• Forecast technology costs and partner with finance for budgets and variance analysis.
