Job summary

One Call seeks a Cloud FinOps & Technology Cost Strategy Manager to lead cloud and technology financial management for its multi‑cloud, SaaS, and on‑premises portfolio. This role builds and operates a FinOps function, driving cost visibility, forecasting accuracy, and accountability, with direct collaboration across engineering, finance, and procurement.

The role is hands‑on, working with Vantage and Zylo, and reports to the VP of Technology.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technology, finance, cloud cost management or FinOps.
• Hands-on ownership of cloud cost platforms across at least two major clouds.
• Experience establishing tagging standards, allocation taxonomy, and chargeback/show-back models.
• FinOps Certified Practitioner required.

Responsibilities

• Operate cloud cost management platforms (Vantage, AWS/Azure/GCP) and SaaS cost tools.
• Develop cost dashboards and executive cost reporting for technology leadership.
• Manage cost optimization, commitments, and run-rate planning across cloud and SaaS.
• Partner with engineering, architecture and finance to forecast and allocate costs.
• Own FinOps operating model and governance including cost attribution.
