Job summary

One Call seeks a Cloud FinOps & Technology Cost Strategy Manager to own cost management across multi-cloud, SaaS, and on-premises tech. You will build and run a new FinOps function, partnering with engineering, finance, and procurement to drive visibility, forecasting accuracy, and accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, CS, IS, Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in technology, finance, cloud cost management, or FinOps.
• Hands-on experience with cloud cost platforms across at least two public clouds.
• Experience establishing tagging standards and chargeback/showback models.
• Experience with SaaS management platforms and license optimization.
• FinOps Practitioner certification required; others preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own cloud and technology cost management across multi-cloud, SaaS, and on-premise portfolio.
• Operate FinOps tooling, build cost dashboards, and prepare executive reporting.
• Manage cost optimization, budget tracking, and forecasting with governance.
• Lead cost governance and capability development across technology teams.
• Support renewal negotiations with cost benchmarking and run-rate projections.
