Job summary

One Call seeks a Cloud FinOps & Technology Cost Strategy Manager to own the company’s cloud and technology financial management across AWS, Azure, GCP, and on‑premises environments. You will build the FinOps operating model, partner with engineering, finance, and procurement, and drive cost visibility, forecasting accuracy, and accountability.

This is a hands‑on leadership role with no direct reports. You will operate cost tooling (Vantage, Zylo), own dashboards and executive reporting, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 8+ years in technology, finance, cloud cost management, infrastructure, or FinOps, including 3+ years in a cloud financial management role.
• Hands-on experience with cloud cost management platforms (Vantage, Apptio, Cloudability, Flexera, CloudHealth, CloudZero) across two or more clouds.
• Experience with SaaS management platforms (Zylo, Productiv, Torii) or license optimization.
• Proven ability to establish tagging standards, allocation taxonomies, and chargeback/showback models.

Responsibilities

• Owns cloud and technology financial management across multi‑cloud, SaaS, and on‑premises portfolio.
• Operates cost management tooling (Vantage, Zylo) and delivers monthly/quarterly executive cost reports.
• Drives cost optimization: rightsizing, tiering, idle resource elimination, and license reclamation.
• Manages the commitment portfolio and run-rate projections for enterprise discounts and agreements.
• Partners with engineering, architecture, and finance to forecast spend and support business case development.
