Job summary

One Call in the United States seeks a Cloud FinOps & Technology Cost Strategy Manager to own cloud and technology financial management across the company’s multi‑cloud, SaaS, and on‑premises portfolio. This hands‑on leadership role builds the FinOps function, partners with infrastructure, development, finance, and procurement, and drives cost visibility, forecasting accuracy, and cost accountability.

You will personally operate cost tooling (Vantage, Zylo), work directly with billing and usage

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, CS, IS, Eng or equivalent professional experience.
• 8+ years in technology, finance, cloud cost management, infrastructure, or FinOps.
• 3+ years in a dedicated cloud financial management or FinOps capacity.
• Experience with cloud cost platforms across at least two major clouds; OCI experience is a plus.
• Experience with tagging standards, allocation taxonomy, and chargeback/showback models.
• FinOps Practitioner certification required; other FinOps certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operates cloud cost management across AWS, Azure, GCP, and OCI; extends to data/AI platforms.
• Maintains SaaS cost management and license visibility across enterprise.
• Develops cost dashboards, showback/chargeback reporting and executive views.
• Manages billing accuracy, invoice validation, and reconciliation of commitments.
• Drives cost optimization and commitment management, including RI/Savings Plans.
