Intapp is seeking a Senior Manager, Technical Delivery to oversee end-to-end technical delivery of cloud-based software solutions for clients. You will lead a team of engineers and consultants, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, high-quality deliveries while remaining client-focused.

The role requires a strong SaaS, cloud, and project management background, with experience guiding managers of delivery teams and shaping delivery frameworks.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in SaaS professional services and leading delivery teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or related field.
• Strong experience with cloud-based solutions, integrations, and professional services delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead a delivery organization with integration and data migration teams, accountable for success.
• Mentor and develop managers, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Manage resource allocation and staffing for client engagements.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery from scoping to post-launch support.
• Collaborate with services leadership, PMs, product managers, and client success teams.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership when needed.
• Continuously improve delivery processes and risk management.
• Establish delivery frameworks and methodologies.
