Job summary

Intapp seeks a Senior Technical Architect to join our Services organization. You will shape best practices, align with Product and Engineering, and provide hands-on guidance for complex engagements across Support, Sales, Product Management, Services, and Engineering.

You will drive architectural standards, advise on strategic projects, and collaborate with delivery teams to ensure scalable, high-value client outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in the SaaS industry and software architecture.
• Experience designing and implementing enterprise applications in B2B contexts.
• 5+ years in LegalTech or FinTech domains.
• 2+ years hands-on data integration using Boomi (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, middleware, REST APIs and design patterns.

Responsibilities

• Develop and share best practices for implementingIntapp products across services.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to design cross-product engagement plans.
• Create templates and fixed-scope packages for common configurations.
• Advise on strategic projects and provide hands-on technical guidance.
• Articulate architectural vision to stakeholders and guide engineering teams.
