Job summary

Flexential is seeking a Program Manager, Cloud & Data Protection to drive execution discipline from concept to launch, enabling product teams to focus on strategy and customer insight. You will align owners, remove blockers, and provide leadership with portfolio health visibility.

You will partner with Product Managers, Architects, and Analysts to deliver integrated plans, manage risks, and present clear tradeoffs while maintaining governance and stage-gate criteria.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional projects or programs within tech, cloud, infrastructure, or managed services.
• Experience owning complex cross-functional programs from planning through completion with integrated schedules, risks, dependencies, and executive communications.
• Strong governance, change management, and delivery practices with ability to improve delivery performance.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Translate product direction into integrated execution plans with clear outcomes, milestones, owners, dependencies, risks, and decisions.
• Maintain an integrated view of programs and advise on sequencing, priority, or resource tradeoffs when constraints threaten outcomes.
• Lead program reviews to document commitments, blockers, and elevation of risks with actionable decisions.
