Job summary

Flexential is seeking a Program Manager, Cloud & Data Protection, to accelerate product development and governance across portfolios. You will craft integrated execution plans, align owners, manage dependencies, and drive decisive actions to keep initiatives on track while enabling Product and Architecture teams to focus on customer insight and strategy.

You will partner with Product Managers and Engineering to convert priorities into executable programs, oversee governance, and deliver

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
5+ years leading complex, cross-functional projects in technology, cloud, infrastructure, or managed services.
Experience owning complex programs from planning through completion with integrated schedules and executive updates.
Strong command of project/program management disciplines, governance, scope, change, risks, and delivery improvements.

Responsibilities

Translate product direction into integrated execution plans with outcomes, milestones, owners, dependencies, risks, and decisions.
Maintain an integrated view of programs, assess delivery confidence, and recommend sequencing or resource tradeoffs.
Lead program and portfolio reviews to document commitments, resolve blockers, and escalate unresolved risks with impacts and decisions.
