Job summary

Flexential is seeking a Program Manager, Cloud & Data Protection, to accelerate product development by creating clarity, governance, and cross-functional execution discipline. You will integrate plans, align owners and dependencies, and drive timely decisions while enabling Product Managers, Architects, and Analysts to focus on strategy and customer insight.

The role emphasizes governance, stage-gate controls, and executive visibility, with a focus on delivering complex cloud and data protection

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
• 5+ years leading complex cross-functional projects in a technology, cloud, infra, or managed services organization.
• Demonstrated experience owning programs from planning through completion, including integrated schedules, risks, dependencies, and executive communications.
• Strong command of governance, scope/control, change management, delivery practices, and decision records.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects independently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to produce concise executive updates and risk assessments.

Responsibilities

• Translate product direction into integrated execution plans with milestones, owners, dependencies, risks and decisions.
• Maintain an integrated view of programs, assess delivery confidence, and advise on sequencing or resource tradeoffs.
• Lead program reviews to document commitments, resolve blockers, and elevate risks with clear options and decisions.
• Apply the Product Development Lifecycle as an execution framework with stage-gate criteria and readiness decisions.
• Coach initiative owners on governance, escalation, and cross-functional handoffs.
• Represent programs in cross-functional planning, governance, and executive reviews.
• Provide reliable portfolio reporting on milestones, risks, and capacity constraints.
