Job summary

Flexential is seeking a Program Manager, Cloud & Data Protection to accelerate product development through governance and cross-functional execution. You will create integrated plans, align owners, remove blockers, and give leadership clear portfolio health updates.

Collaboration with Product Managers, Architects, and Analysts is essential to focus on customer insight and strategy while delivering timely commitments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional projects or programs in technology, cloud, infrastructure, or managed services.
• Experience owning complex cross-functional programs from planning through completion with integrated schedules and governance.
• Strong command of project and program management disciplines including change, scope, and dependency management.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for executive updates and risk assessments.
• Proficiency with PM tools (Smartsheet, Asana, Jira, Monday.com) plus MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word.

Responsibilities

• Translate product direction into integrated execution plans with milestones, owners, and risks.
• Maintain an integrated view of programs, assess delivery confidence, and optimize sequencing or resources.
• Lead program reviews to document commitments, resolve blockers, and communicate decisions.
