Job summary

Flexential is seeking a program leader to translate product direction into execution plans with clear milestones, owners, and risks. You will maintain an integrated program view, assess delivery confidence, and suggest sequencing or tradeoffs across resources and priorities.

The role requires 5+ years leading complex tech programs and strong PM discipline with tools like Smartsheet, Asana, Jira, or Monday.com, partnering with Product, Architects, and Engineering teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading complex cross-functional programs in technology, cloud, or managed services.
• Strong project management disciplines and proficiency with Smartsheet, Asana, Jira, or Monday.com.
• Experience partnering with Product Managers, Architects, and Engineering teams.
