Slalom seeks a Director in the Cloud Data AI capability for the Missouri Valley region. Hybrid in-office role in Kansas City, St. Louis, or Bentonville, AR. You will drive sales, delivery, and client outcomes across product engineering and cloud modernization.

You will shape capability strategy, lead go-to-market activities, manage billable delivery, and own revenue while building teams and client partnerships with market leaders.

Qualifications

• Strategic and hands-on practitioner in product engineering and cloud operations.

Responsibilities

• Align capability strategies with market needs as SME and thought leader.
• Lead go-to-market efforts, campaigns, RFIs/RFPs, and speak at events.
• Own portfolio of sales and revenue for the market and guide delivery.
• Hire, staff, and plan workforce for market capable teams.
• Develop and mentor capability teams to scale impact.
