Job summary

Slalom in the Missouri Valley region is seeking a Director within our Cloud Data AI capability. You’ll drive sales, delivery, and client outcomes across product engineering and cloud modernization, with a hybrid in-office model in Kansas City, St. Louis, or Bentonville.

As a senior leader, you will align regional capability strategy with market needs, nurture client relationships, and mentor go-to-market teams while guiding billable delivery and revenue growth.

Qualifications

Leading cross-discipline teams across engineering, QA, DevOps and UX.
Experience with cloud-native delivery and modern operations.
Deep understanding of AI-accelerated software delivery.

Responsibilities

Lead regional capability strategy aligned with market needs.
Collaborate with clients and partners to identify opportunities.
Support and develop a go-to-market team and delivery with utilization targets.
Partner with leadership to drive revenue goals and capability health.
Own the portfolio of sales and revenue for the capability in this market.
