Job summary

Amazon Data Services, Inc. in Arizona seeks a Data Center Technician to install server racks, perform hardware break-fix, troubleshoot network issues, and support 24/7 operations across data centers.

You will work with a team of engineers and operations staff, participate in on-call rotation, and contribute to documentation and process improvements while ensuring safety standards are met. 1+ years of computer networking experience.
1+ years of Linux operating systems experience.
Experience with computer hardware troubleshooting and repair.

Responsibilities

Performing server rack installations, hardware break-fix on components, troubleshooting network issues and responding to incidents.
Serving as a primary contact point for internal and external stakeholders.
Participating in on-call duties and scheduled maintenance and change management.
Contributing to documentation and process improvements based on issue analysis.
Assisting in interviewing, training and onboarding new team members.
