Job summary

Accenture is seeking a hands-on Specialist with foundational experience in Google’s GECX solutions, now building deep expertise in Google Cloud Platform. You will work directly with clients, support senior architects, and contribute to end-to-end project delivery.

You will develop and implement Google GECX aligned with architecture and business goals, staying abreast of industry trends and identifying opportunities to drive growth across Gemini Enterprise Customer Experience solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in technology transformation with a focus on Conversational AI, CCaaS or cloud-based contact center solutions.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with Contact Center technologies and industry best practices, including AI Agent building and CCaaS migration/implementation on platforms such as AWS, Google, Genesys, Avaya, NICE, etc.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience aligning technology capabilities with contact center benchmarks and agent scorecards.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years). If an Associate’s Degree, minimum 6 years of work experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy end-to-end delivery lifecycle of complex, global, large-scale Service technology solutions for customer channel solutions.
• Architect and provide technical recommendations between GECX offerings and the client’s environments.
• Design and engineer enterprise-ready AI agents with retrieval, orchestration, policy-based routing, tool invocation, evaluation harnesses, and observability.
• Configure and implement GECX CCaaS solutions in client environments within their architecture and constraints.
• Collaborate with software and technology partners to design and deliver service-focused solutions.
• Plan and estimate delivery work with an Agile approach, including resourcing, scope, and risk mitigation.
• Manage on-shore and off-shore project teams throughout the lifecycle.
• Ideate and translate high-level business requirements into epics and stories.
