Job summary

AHU Technologies Inc. is seeking a Change Management Specialist to lead adoption for the PASS Modernization Project, replacing the current procurement system with a cloud solution.

You will drive training, communications, and stakeholder engagement while minimizing disruption to operations and keeping the project on schedule. The role requires a strong background in change management and excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to work onsite four days a week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in change management or related field.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• 16+ years of experience in change management or related roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication; tailored audience messaging.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.
• Willing to work onsite 4 days a week.
• Procurement or contract law knowledge is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead adoption and training for the PASS Modernization Project.
• Coordinate cross-stakeholder communications and change activities.
• Assess impact of new system processes and minimize disruption.
• Schedule training and provide support to ensure smooth adoption.
