Morph Enterprise seeks a Change Management Specialist for the PASS Modernization Project in Washington, DC. The role drives adoption, training, and communications while minimizing disruption to procurement workflows.

The incumbent will align changes with organizational goals, assess impact, schedule trainings, and develop core change management plans. Onsite work four days per week, with focus on stakeholder communication and training delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in change management documentation and editing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate and manage multiple projects.
• Onsite work four days a week; procurement/process familiarity desired.

Responsibilities

• Align changes with organizational goals.
• Assess impact of new system processes.
• Schedule training and support adoption.
• Minimize disruption while maintaining schedule.
• Apply structured change management methodologies.
• Create plans and stakeholder communications for adoption.
• Support design and delivery of training programs.
• Coordinate with Change Manager, team, and PMO.
• Track issues and RAID log entries as directed.
• Organize documents in Microsoft Teams and develop job aids.
