Job summary

Tecknomic is seeking a Change Management Specialist for the PASS Procurement System Modernization Project in Washington, DC. This contract role blends hybrid work with on-site collaboration, requiring four days per week in the district to drive adoption, communications, and training while minimizing disruption and keeping the project on schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Extensive change management experience supporting enterprise system implementations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Ability to work onsite 4 days a week in Washington, DC.

Responsibilities

• Apply structured change management methodology to drive adoption of a new cloud system.
• Help create change management plans and strategies supporting adoption.
• Design, develop, deliver, and manage key communications to stakeholders.
• Assess change impact with analyses and stakeholder identification.
• Support training efforts: gather requirements, schedule sessions, and help design training.
• Contribute to core change management plans including stakeholder communications and training plans.
