Job summary

SoftPro, a Fidelity National Financial division headquartered in Raleigh, NC, is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the strategy, design, and delivery of a cloud-native SaaS Bank Reconciliation Platform. You will define the product vision, roadmap, and success metrics, and work closely with finance and engineering teams in an Agile environment.

The role can be based in Raleigh or fully remote; East Coast hours are required, with travel to our Raleigh HQ up to five times per year for

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of Product Management experience.
• 3+ years managing SaaS products.
• Experience with FinTech, banking, payments, treasury, or accounting platforms.
• Strong Agile understanding and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate product vision, strategy, roadmap, and success metrics.
• Develop multi-year roadmap aligned with objectives and market demands.
• Gather customer input and translate into validated product requirements.
• Create and maintain backlogs, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize features based on value, regulatory requirements, and feasibility; work with engineering in Agile.
