Job summary

SoftPro, the leading provider of real estate closing and title insurance software, seeks a Product Manager to lead the strategy, design, and delivery of a cloud-native SaaS Bank Reconciliation Platform. This role defines the product vision, creates a multi-year roadmap, and collaborates with engineering in an Agile environment.

The position offers hybrid options at our Raleigh, NC HQ or full remote work with East Coast hours and occasional travel to Raleigh up to 5 times per year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, CS, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of Product Management experience.
• 3+ years managing SaaS products.
• Experience with FinTech, banking, payments, treasury, or accounting platforms.
• Strong Agile product development understanding.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and success metrics.
• Develop a multi-year product roadmap aligned with business objectives and market demands.
• Identify market opportunities through customer research, industry analysis, and competitive intelligence.
• Serve as the primary voice of the customer throughout the product lifecycle.
• Lead onboarding experiences for new financial institutions and customers.
• Partner with engineering teams using Agile methodologies.
• Define onboarding experiences for new financial institutions and customers.
• Drive the product strategy for Open Banking integrations, Bank APIs, ACH networks, ERP and accounting platforms.
